Some users upload content that is clearly false, or purely meant to
start a riot....

i know youtube has the ability to filter, seeing as how porn is always
filtered..

i just dont understand why users cant be flagged and a review of their
content be done! even by a community!

i believe in freedom of speech but i dont like it when users upload
false, fake, or videos intended to incite hate and volience against a
group!

As far as i can see youtube doesnt care!
p.s. i understand its a hard job to filter millions of videos, but the
option to flag a user and those that are flagged should be seriously
looked at instead of "mmm, oh well" attitude!
