Is there ANY way to turn the Annotations Editor OFF?

I have started uploading some videos and every single time that I view
one, for whatever reason, I have to MANUALLY switch off the Annotation
Editor junk that shows up in the lower left corner.

Is there ANY way to turn that off so that NONE of my own videos come
up with that editor?

I can't seem to find ANY way to do that when I'm logged in.

Some users upload content that is clearly false, or purely meant to
start a riot....

i know youtube has the ability to filter, seeing as how porn is always
filtered..

i just dont understand why users cant be flagged and a review of their
content be done! even by a community!

YouTube does not need a button to lower and raise the lights, it could
be a hidden feature for every video page. Personally I think the F1
key should lower the lights and F2 should raise them.

Videos That Aren't Available in My Country

There are some videos that I can't watch because it says that It's not
available in my country EVEN THOUGH THE VIDEOS OWNER AND I ARE IN THE

Sometimes when I go to Streams, it says that there are no active
streams, but when I click on "Create A New Stream," it says that there

synchronized. How is it a group experience if I can move the video
around or skip videos? It looses some of the "connection" because you

Okay this site is a joke! I clicked on survey and it said I already

I have always wanted captions, but didn't want to mess around with
Notepad. This is easy to use and I recommend it. I just found that if
I press the Save Caption twice, it puts the caption twice. Its a great
online app and I think everyone would like it!

Searching for videos

"This video is not available in your country."!

What is the point in sticking a video in a search list if I can't even
