I've detected another thing now, as well. Why have a 256KB limit on it
When direct-linking was in place, none of this was a major issue.
If you really want to host peoples backgrounds, then stop compressing

at all. I mean, I uploaded an image that was 120KB, but when I checked
the file size after it was uploaded, it was literally compressed right
down to "16KB". If you don't believe me, check my channel page (my
current halloween thing...)
There are plenty of videos on your site about how to get an image
background! So understanding how to get one wasn't an issue, and I
really don't know why you took it down in the first place.
