Well, that's interesting... the '&fmt=18' is used to identify the
'High Quality' video viewing pages... sounds to me like the whole 'High Quality' business is causing quite a few problems. Or in this case, it doesn't seem that people are able to view standard quality. You must Sign in before you can post messages.
