My video has been breaking off and on for almost a year. Sometimes it plays for only one second of scrambled pixels and other times it plays the whole thing. For the last month or so it has only been playing this way. One second. Is there any kind of Youtube support for something like this? It won't let me reupload it either. Thanks for any advice.
