I got a waring message and was NOT able to view any youtube videos.
Why did this happen, how, and what can I do? Is there anything that I
can do about it as I am completely unable to view youtube videos. My
computer will shut down/log me out.

I am using an old Compaq Deskpro with windows 98 FE, Pentium II, 400
MHz, 128 MB Memory, 4.5 GB Hard Drive, 367 MB memory on the HD free. I
have no money and can not buy a new computer. Sorry, good guys don't
