OK, now what? I'm trying to upload a video titled "Mii Channel Time
Lapse", but after three tries it still keeps saying "Failed".
WHAT DID IT FAIL ON? It didn't say whether you weren't able to
convert it or the format was invalid. Heck it doesn't even say "Failed
(empty .mov file)" -- I can't even make .mov files on this PC. So
what's the BIG failure, YouTube?!?
Have you filled in the tags, description, and category (if necessary)?
If not necessary or already have, is the video longer than 11 minutes?
YouTube doesn't allow videos past 11 minutes with exceptions for some
members.

It ain't a tagging issue, it's the format I'm trying to use. So far,
I've been experimenting with using a native MPEG4 codec that YouTube
had originally understood. No video has actually exceeded 10 minutes
in length. All the required fields are filled.
So far, here's what I've got going:
I've been uploading some AVI files using native MPEG4 encoding for
video (1.1 Mbps average) and MP3 audio (22,050 Khz, 160 Kbps Stereo),
using 480x360 as the frame size. I'd rather be using DivX but it
makes my videos bloated, past 100 MB in most instances.

I have a low upload rate and I'd much rather keep my videos at a
reduced size so that it doesn't take an entire day to upload, at the
most. Somewhere less than 50 MB is good, anything greater than 50 MB
is bad.

I guess nobody else has insight on why a video fails processing with
no reason? I had to fallback to Windows Media format, which is crap
compared to straight AVI format. Get your act together, YouTube--fix
that MPEG4 decoder!

Dude, Welcome to my world. I have experienced this over 5 or 6 times
today. For some stupid reason, Youtube cannot except these
formats....MOV, MPEG, WMV. And the ones that work but look like total
crap are AVI and M4V. This is so fricken stupid man. So know that your
not alone on this.
