I've been having a problem for the last month or so thats been
annoying me to no end, some of the videos from people I'm subscribed
to are not showing up in my subscriptions box, this seems to be a
random bug that affects about 15% of the people I'm subbed to, and
it's VERY annoying because I really don't like missing some of their
videos
I've had a similar problem. After I watch a video of someone I'm
subscribed to, and I go back to the home page and hit refresh, the
video disappears from the window. Anyone have an idea as to how this
may have happened?

Actually, that's supposed to happen (according to the reply email I
received). That's what the person who replied to me thought I was
talking about.
The problem is with videos we haven't watched yet not appearing.
I agree; this problem is annoying! For example, I am subscribed to
JamesAtWar. Today he posted a new video. Videos from my other
subscriptions were displayed in the subscription list on the home
page, but the new JamesAtWar video was not there. I only stumbled
upon it by browsing through the most discussed list. This has been
going on for at least a month with lots of videos; can we please get
some status on a fix???? I've seen plenty of complaints about this on
YouTube, but it doesn't seem to be acknowledged on your known problem
list.
YES!!! I'd love to see a LOT of people catch this, jump in, and make
some noise. I've tried "support." HA! I've tried email. HA! Life as
usual on YouTube. The subscription list is in failure, it has been for
weeks, and it's plumb irritating as Hell to sit and manually go
through 380 subscriptions looking for the new vids that haven't shown
up!
I would very much like for YouTube to notice this and DO SOMETHING!
Today, it's a video by PappyStu. OK, I also noticed the problem of
previously-watched videos showing up in the New Videos list on my
subscriptions page. What's up with that? And why isn't anybody
responding to these subscription problems? This really makes the site
unfriendly to the user, and hurts views for videos, which costs
YouTube revenue! WAKE UP!!!!!!
Nobody cares, I guess, if the partners get views.... hey, I guess the
fewer views the partners get, the less money YouTube has to pay out.
No wonder they're in no hurry to address this problem.
I would think it would be a bit different, the less views the Partners
get, the less money YouTube makes. The amount of money YouTube makes
from the advertising views is significantly higher than the share they
give the Partners, I'm sure. Most Partners haven't even reached the
$100 payment quota.
With that in mind, YouTube should get to work with fixing the problem.

You're probably right as a whole, but I'm guessing that views by
partners are a small percentage of the whole number of views that
YouTube gets. I'm really at a loss as to why this MAJOR problem has
gone on for so long (going on 2 months, maybe more) and YouTube does
not seem to even acknowledge the problem, much less fix it. Maybe we
need to get Michael Buckley to complain.

I agree. I shouldn't have to click on all of my subscriptions
individually to make sure I'm not missing any newly-uploaded videos.
The current way youtube leaves some out is nonsense!
