For the last year and half, this video will sometimes work fine, and
then it breaks in this same exact way. It gets shortened to one
second and it's all pixelated. Is there any way it can get fixed and
stay fixed? Is there a help center at all for this kind of thing?
It won't let me reupload the video or edit it either and people
complain about it being broken.
