If you can't view videos on YT, it could be a glitch in the latest FF
release 3.0. I had exactly the same issue - tried uninstalling Flash -
FF to no avail. Finally in desperation I downgraded to the FF release
candidate 3 and all is fine. I don't know why - but some people do
experience this glitch and the only known remedy that I've found is to
uninstall FF and reinstall the previous version. Vids should work fine
after that.

I had the same problem. It has to do with the new version of Firefox
3.
After you have rebooted your system, go to Start, All Applicatiions,
Mozilla Firefox, submenu, Mozilla firefox Safe Mode, and open FireFox.
Now in safe mode you will be able to view all videos again.
Conclusion; The problem lies in the add ons etc that are by-passed
when in FireFox Safe Mode. However, it still occurs with I.E. as well,
so there could be multiple conflicts taking place between FireFox,
I.E. and YouTube.
Hope this helps
