Explain why her video Piece of Me went down from 50 million views to
11 million? What the hell Youtube why are you taking views away from
this video? Also, Circus should have a lot more views than it does
right now... and we want all honors back for Womanizer! Womanizer had
lots of honors and Youtube took them all away for no reason WHY?!?!
Stop hating on Britney, and give us back all views and honors.
Video views never go down. Maybe you looked at 2 similar videos, one
at 50 million and one at 11 million. Honors are not very appreciated
very much anyways and causes a lot of bugs and issues. YouTube hasn't
done anything to honors or video views, it's their system that does
it.

Well I don't know I think it's true because on the channel called
"BritneyTV" which has all her videos, Piece of Me used to have 50
million views (just as much as Womanizer) I even remember it having
this many views it was put up in 2007 but then somehow it went down to
11 million which is really lame a lot of people are complaining about
it. Also, we should get all honors back for Womanizer it deserves it I
don't know why they were taken away.

Maybe the one with 11mil is a more recent render uploaded to take
advantage of the quality improvements since 2007? Unless partner
channels also get to replace videos and keep view history and other
stats intact? Unless the URLs are absolutely the same and you were
obsessive enough to keep track of the ones you saw in 2007, I doubt
there's a way to easily confirm this, but it would be my best guess.

No... that can't be it either because her song Piece of Me came out in
2007 when she released her album Blackout so it couldn't have been
uploaded prior to 2007. Even on the video itself it says "December 20,
2007" that was 2 years ago it should have far more than 11 million
views in fact many people remember it having 50 million so why did it
go down all of the sudden?

Impossible to say unless you happen to have access to YouTube
internals. As others have mentioned recently, the Insight feature is
also acting up. Maybe the two are related?
But really, it's anyone's guess, given that hit counts have never
seemed to be that accurate.
Memory can be a tricky thing; it's more often wrong than it is right.
If, however, the number of views really did go down, there are only
two possibilities that spring to mind:
1. there's a glitch, about which little can be done;
2. YouTube discovered that somebody (perhaps a misguided Britney fan)
used a bot to artificially increase the view count.
It certainly won't be simply because somebody at YouTube just doesn't
like Britney Spears. In any case, nobody here can tell you why, or
even if, that video's view count went down; none of us has access to
that kind of information.
