I can understand if Google has bugs with their copyright protection
mechanisms, scanning all the files for digital or analog
fingerprinting, preventing pirates from using the service for sharing
copyrighted works and all that, I understand there can be bugs in
that. Especially since Youtube is so huge and growing so fast.
Literally millions of users are uploading videos on Youtube and
hundreds of millions are watching the videos. So I can understand
Google has some bugs.

But I also expect Google to have prompt full account restore features
for when they do make mistakes. Google has the priviledge to have the
responsabillity to look after all the content providers in the world,
especially those that are small and independent and who may rely on
Youtube for their new media independent content makers business models.
