If the problem is regarding a false copyright claim then you need to
send YouTube a DMCA Counter notice like as described here:
http://www.youtube.com/t/dmca_policy

You should mention your account got suspended due to that false
copyright claim. Without a counter-notice you won't be able to clear
up any issue regarding your account and the video.
