You cannot upload pics, per se. What you can do, though, is use
Windows Movie Maker and use the pictures in order to create a .wmv
file. This can then be uploaded to youtube.

I think what this user means is, how to delete individual videos from
the recommended list. This list used to change every time you clicked
"Home" and refreshed, but recently it's the same videos over and over
but in different order. I like the old random format better with lots

After you've collected about 200 or 300 views, the system starts
checking to make sure no cheating is going on. This can cause the view
count to lag a bit. Rest assured that views are actually being counted.

Sorry, that's not possible. If the option isn't there, the video
almost certainly doesn't break any of the rules.

reason of some kind as to why the video is no longer live.
