Upload a video that violates some record label's copyright and hope
that they tell YouTube to add an iTunes and an Amazon link instead of
deleting or muting your video.
Not only is this a very risky strategy which could lose you your
account, due to disputes with the German and British collecting
societies over the terms of broadcasting licences your video will
probably be unavailable to users in Germany and the UK.

You can't add them, they are added by the copyright owners, and I
believe that some of the Audio Swap music also add these links. The
only other way that you can get them, is to upload music without
permission and if caught, the owner might decide to let you keep the
video with such a link. Of course, they may also decide that your
video should be removed.
