I am trying to determine which codes can be entered into the video
description for uploaded videos, particularly whatever is required to
make new line breaks and new paragraphs.
There is no code involved. You simply type text. It wraps as required
by the description box, and if you want to manually start a new line
or paragraph, just hit the CR.

CR = Carraige Return = Enter. I do this commonly in my own video
descriptions, simply hitting Enter to start a new line / paragraph,
and hitting it again if I want to double-space it. It's how I've
always done it, and I've never had a problem.
In looking at your one and only video, it appears that all you're
doing in the description is listing a ton of variations on a "tag,"
which is a large waste of your time. However, each one starts on a new
line, so what exactly are you *trying* to do?
