If you had an account A, which was suspended in the past, and you have
created an account B, you can never use an e-mail account which was
tied to account A. If you do it anyway, account B will be immediately
suspended, regardless of your possible previous infractions.
That aside, no one here can tell you why you were sayonara'd.
