Optional (and mostly hidden) Frame by Frame Controls?

is a significant problem I've found. When I'm making a video for youtube, rather
than stupidly stretching my 16:9 videos to fill a 4:3 space, I rendered them out
as 4:3 letterboxed, with black bars at the top and bottom. Worked fine. ...
