Third Party Claim wrong about which 3rdP content
timtak1 [email address] youtube-howto Dear Rewboss and MerrryChristmas2You
Thank you for your responses. As rewboss points out, my use is not fair in the
legal sense. One other point, I have had another challenge from a copyright
owner (this time correctly) which stipulated that I did not need to remove the

Third Party Claim wrong about which 3rdP content
timtak1 [email address] youtube-howto I used a third party song as a background
for a family video. I kept the ambient noise (so I could not see anyone using my
video instead of purchasing the song). I did not use any searchable text tags
that might allow someone to seek the song and listen to it on my video ...

timtak1 [email address] youtube-howto You already have the videos in your

how high is still helpful. I upload the HD format that I prepare for Vimeo with

Publish video on my website, one per day only
timtak1 [email address] youtube-howto Dear Rosie If you can get hold of a lot
of email addresses then (not withstanding the Youtube terms of service) you
could create a lot of accounts, make those accounts friends, and then make each
reward video private and viewable by one of the accounts and give the students
...

Re-upload video?
timtak1 [email address] youtube-howto It is a shame this because you loose the

Video Quality
timtak1 [email address] youtube-howto I don't know why but if you start with
really high quality, high definition video then the result on youtube is high
quality. What they say about size and bit rate seems to be bs perhaps to
encourage people not to overload their servers. Increasing the size and bit rate
seems ...
