Timed Links absent where needed, fail on "comments" page

- links page are wrongly inserted where they don't make sense
  (inside the Time Stamps I duly inserted in my posts:
   Mon 30 Jun 2008 18:23 GMT, Mon 30 Jun 2008 18:24 GMT, etc)
- links are NOT inserted where they would be particularly useful:
   00:07 Dagen är nära (Day is close)
   00:12 Mörkret försvinner (Darkness is going)
   etc (inside about all of these lines)
- links fail on the "comments" page, try "Mon 30 Jun 2008 18:23 GMT"
