I do realise that by posting our videos with music from bands and not
having permission from those bands or rather those who own the
copyright, will be knocked off youtube.  I have posted 4 videos in the
past week and all I have to alter secondary to this protocol.  Okay,
no big deal.  The problem I have with youtube is there are literally
hundreds of videos out there are recently posted and not to so recent
that bear the same damn songs that I had and yet they are still up
there posted to youtube with a zillion comments.  I am absolutely
positive these individuals do not have permission from the copyright
owners.  So having said that, why is youtube letting these videos
through???  Can someone explain this crap to me?

Youtube you need to be fair...honestly if this keeps happening I am
going to boycott youtube and do what I must to encourage others
boycott them too.  you should be fair across the board and knock
everyone's video who doesn't permission from the copyright owner.
