1) I applaud to a great idea from YouTube (unfortunately this praise
just lost most of its value since I have been ordered to tone down on
criticizing YouTube, see http://help.youtube.com/group/youtube-feedback/browse_thread/thread/6...

2) I add my strong support to abdylas' excellent suggestion to write
it seriously instead of its current status of a kid's tweak;
3) I suggest to rename it "Timed link" (clearer to user; in addition,
"deep link" is already used, with another meaning).
4) I agree with YouTube on making it simple (hence imperfect) for now,
and to make it more powerful (see the numerous very useful suggestions
in the previous posts) only when time allows to wrote them carefully
and reliably (too many YouTube kids tweaks and reckless fiddlings have
impaired the service yet).
