For about the past four months, there's been a little nuisance on my
video channel leaving spammish comments which contribute absolutely
nothing to helping me make better videos.  Just stuff like, "u suxx0rz
get off youtube u r dum kill urself emo."

I didn't put this person on ignore because I figured if I let them
keep making these comments, and I keep reporting them as spam, then
this person's account would eventually be deleted.

Well, after reporting the 30th "u sux lololololol" comment in the past
four months, and nothing's happening, I've started to wonder: does
reporting posts as Spam even do anything?
