I think that everything should be auto translated depending on the
country you've set in your profile. Some BBS boards dictate the
language of postings but the nature of YouTube is that its visual and
written comments can often come second to content, what I mean is its
truly international. Maybe hover over foreign text to get a yellow
hover box with your language in it.
