Subject: Re: Copying company name for a profile name
Thanks I figured as much,I would like to have youtube remove the
persons account,I sent the affending profile a message explaining my
trademark and trade name ownership with no threats of legal action
just the facts. If you google search my company name at the bottom are
links that I believe are the same individual but this time it is
"porntube" maybe a virus....it's a wierd coincidence that my trademark
comes up on youtube and porntube. And my jurisdiction is Canada and so
is the offender at least they claim to be Caandian.
