It's not copyright infringement, but it is probably violating your
trademark.

I honestly don't know what the law is exactly, and in any case it will
depend a lot on your jurisdiction. In many jurisdictions there are
definitely laws pertaining to internet domain names in response to
people registering a domain like coca-cola.it (for example) and then
selling it to Coca-Cola at a vast profit. However, a YouTube channel
name is not the same as a domain name.

I think you really need to talk to a lawyer about this. Trademarks are
often restricted to a geographical area, which will complicate matters
greatly.
