I've found out why that is. I thought the time code was in the format
Hours:Minutes:Seconds,Frames. It's not: it's
Hours:Minutes:Seconds,Milliseconds. So a time code like 00:00:10,24 is
actually 10.024 seconds, not almost 11 seconds, as I'd expected.
