I agree, I came here just to voice my opinion on the issue of this

being an almost hidden feature. I think an extension to the copy URL
bar "+min/+sec" (in red) could make this fit in nicely. Its too
hidden. and as for the comments from an author -- well that could be
an additional GUI change like annotations are.
