Subject: Suggestion for Embeding
Hopefully this is the right place for an improvement suggestion on you
tube.  In order to play an embeded video on my external site, I have
set the options to "yes, allow an external site to play".  However, I
do not want anyone to be able to embed my video on another site.  I
think there should be an option that allows you to say "no" (thus it
shows the embeding as disabled to viewers) but have an exception to
one or two website addresses which can be defined by the "owner" of
the you tube account.  This way people can play their videos on you
tube and their own external site but viewers do not have access to the
code.  It is a scary thought that anyone can take our videos and do
what they want on their external sites. The workaround of making the
videos private is basically making them non-viewable by many.  I
cannot see someone going through all the bother of setting up an
account and becoming a friend to view a video.  They will just move on
to the next one.
