Ok people you wanted the truth, you have to have an  open IQ to
understand what is being shown here:

Saddam was making a threat against Kuwait, above what you see is an
Arab hand with a finger that points directly at Kuwait.

The Atom is split, from the ground it looks like a park with a round
exhibit. The hand has a watch on it, meaning it is only a matter of
time. The watch has 12 markings on it, and could be used as a
reference starting point to meet members world wide using the dials as
a compass.

He spent millions building this after the attack in 1991, if Saddam
gained access to more money he would have purchased a nuclear weapon.

The weapon of mass destruction was money! Once his oil was opened to
the free market he would have controlled $60 billion a year in oil
profits. He used his wealth to buy families that would perform suicide
bombings.

He was willing to wait in order to get revenge.

We must insure that that wealth falls into the hands of a Democratic
government, not another dictatorship. That is why we remain in Iraq
until they have an reestablished new government.

If we pull out before that is done, we might find ourselves back into
the same situation. Saddam has followers that still believe in his
cause for a Jihad. Money did get shipped into Syria, and if you
remember Israel bombed Syria last year because they were building
bombs for Hezbollah( and were being used) with that money and rocket
components supplied by North Korea.

Bush said little and the press were out of the loop as to the reason
for the Air Attack on Syria.

Our goal is to exhaust the wealth that Saddam spread around the middle
east to extremist groups. Saddam was one of the richest men in the
world, but since it was government money the world only saw it as the
peoples.

Saddam controlled and spread hundreds of millions to trillions of
dollars into terror groups when no one would sell him Nuclear weapons
