you loud and clear and have sent the examples of HD issues you
provided us with during the holidays over to the Team here. The Team's
currently looking into the situation and hope to have the issue
resolved soon. Great reaction, we appreciate you helping us catch the
error as quickly as you did!

Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding as the Team's
looking for a fix :) They've already resolved some of the HD probs you
reported to us... I'll leave you with a examples:

*** This video's audio didn't work in HD, sounded like white noise:

as you can hear, the issue's now been resolved.

*** The audio in HD on this video sounded like a very loud buzzing
noise before:
